RETURNS

Please read the following information before initiating a return.

You have the right to return products purchased on www.evlvgear.com (the “Website”) by submitting a return with EVLV within fourteen (14) days from the day you receive the products. Items must be dropped off to the shipping courier within 7 days of initiating a return. Items returned after this return window will not be accepted.

Once you have met your right of return in accordance with the terms set forth below:

1. Return Conditions

The Vendor only accepts returns of merchandise within the time frames set forth above, and will reimburse the purchase price of the products (minus shipping fees, as applicable) only if the following conditions have been met:

  1. The products must not have been used, worn or washed and, in any case, must be compliant with the requirements detailed in the section on Compliance Checks below;
  2. The tags (with the disposable seal) and labels must still be attached to the products;
  3. The products are returned in their original packaging; and
  4. The products are not damaged.

2. Initiate Return
To start a return, click here. If you chose to have a prepaid label sent to you, it will be deducted from your refund amount if no exchange is requested. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not satisfy the conditions indicated above. In such event, your merchandise will be shipped back to you. If you refuse said delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the purchase of the products.

3. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Refund Times and Procedures

Please Note: A 10% restocking and handling fee will be charged for all returned packages. This fee is waived if items are exchanged or refund method is returned on a store credit.

Refunds are processed within approximately between three (3) to seven (7) business days of our receipt of the returned merchandise and confirmation that the return conditions have been satisfied. Customers must email [email protected] with preferred refund method (store credit or refund to original payment method) in order for your refund to process.

Refund times depend on the payment method originally used:

  • Credit/debit card: refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies, but will normally take place within two billing cycles.
  • PayPal (where available): refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.

If the return conditions are met, you will receive an email confirming that the return has been accepted and the Vendor will refund the purchase price of the returned merchandise (minus shipping fees, as applicable).

5. Conditions for Product Exchange

You can make an exchange in the same return form; however, if there is a product you want to exchange for that isn't shown as an option, please contact our client services and they will further assist you.

Please note: Exchanges require a longer waiting period; any exchanges initiated during the holiday season (Nov 25th -Jan 1st) will take up to 4 weeks.
